What is YOUR Favorite Food With Probiotics In It?

This website is all about how to be healthy, yet save money, with probiotics, from my point-of-view. Now, this page is all about your point-of-view of your favorite food with probiotics in it. (Note that there's a similar page for your favorite probiotic drink here.)

Why have a page like this? Because you live in a different place than I do and have different experiences and local traditions. I'd love to know how you get probiotics (or at least "live cultures") from food and learn from you, and thanks to the internet, we can all share and learn and broaden our horizons.

Are some of the foods with probiotics that you eat part of a cultural or family tradition? For instance, in my family when I was growing up, we always had sauerkraut with homemade sausages or stuffed cabbage rolls (see the link to the story, below). So maybe according to the official definition of probiotics and the probiotics police the sauerkraut wasn't technically "probiotic" food, but it did have live cultures in it, and I'm sure that some of them were probiotic bacteria. And I'm certain it helped us to be healthy!
